With summer on the way, it’s to time warm up your look with some tropical glamour.
We love this gorgeous face created by the Maybelline make-up artists at the recent New York Fashion Week.
Dubbed “island princess”, it was inspired by the tropical colours and sultry weather of Hawaii.
Maybelline New York makeup artist Charlotte Willer created this stunning island-style look for the Mara Hoffman show.
The key is to pair a bright coral lip with a bold green eye for a sunny glow. Full, beachy waves and an azure-blue ombre manicure complete the look.
Charlotte prepped skin with Dream Nude Airfoam Foundation, perfected with
Fit Me Powder. Full brows are essential to the look – she used Eye Studio Master Shape Brow Pencil.
For a long-lasting, sea-green eyes, Charlotte used Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Shadow in Edgy Emerald and Too Cool, with Volum’ Express ‘One by One’ Mascara adding some lash glamour. Finally Color Sensational Lipstick in Coral Crush added a tropical pop of colour.
