Avant garde Dutch art duo Lernert Engelberts and Sander Plug have created a shocking video to demonstrate just that. The film speeds up nine hours of real time makeup application, using as much product as the average woman might apply over one year.
With layer upon layer of foundation, eyeshadow, blush and lip gloss, the effect quickly morphs from attractive to disgusting.
