Harry Potter star Emma Watson has the world's 'Most Beautiful Face' according to TC Candler's 22nd Annual Independent Critics List.
The 21-year-old topped the list of 100 famous women - selected on the criteria of "grace, elegance, class, poise, joy, promise, hope…" (and a pretty face).
Among the top 10 were hotties Rihanna, Marion Cotillard, and Amber Heard. Mila Kunis rounded off the list at #100.
